Upon arrival the hotel will hold an additional 1000 on your credit card as a security deposit. The security deposit hold will be released upon satisfactory inspection of the unit at the time of check-out. Upon departure the hotel charges a 500 Departure Cleaning Charge /plus tax/ per town home.
